  • Person must be 60 Years or older

  • Low Income Subsidy (help to pay deductibles and copays for those with Part B)

  • MO-PTC – A person must If a person owns their home they must make $30,000 if single and $34,000 married to apply for a PTC Application

  • If you are lonely

  • Need someone to call and check up on you weekly.

  • It’s usually on Monday and sometimes Wednesday

  • Usually three to four times a month holiday and schedule permitting
